Description
Our organic Rose Centifolia hydrolate for detergents is obtained from the petals of the fresh flower of the plant with the botanical name Rosa centifolia The product is offered under the name Rose Provence organic hydrolate for detergents. The species takes its place in the family Rosaceae, from which its related plants also originate. The clear appearance of the distillate shows a tone ranging between colorless and slightly pink, perceptible when viewed in daylight. The faint coloration is explained by the small amount of pigments that leave the petal tissue and pass into the aqueous medium during processing. The aromatic course begins strongly from the very first moment. Its long-lasting side can be perceived to the end, while the refreshing character accompanies the entire profile of the distillate. The level of intensity remains high. The raw material comprises only petals, while the other parts of the flower do not enter the steam processing of this product, and the selection takes place already during harvesting. There are no glandular formations in the rose tissue, which is why the aromatic substances leave its epidermal layers when heated with steam. Steam extraction transfers the released substances into the water and thereby also determines the purity of the aromatic profile of the finished distillate, which is evident in the final appearance of the liquid. The aqueous phase of this species contains phenylethyl alcohol, geraniol, citronellol and nerol. The rose gardens are located in Bulgaria and undergo organic maintenance without chemical agents and without artificial fertilizers, as the organic working method requires. The composition is limited to water and the aromatic substances of the flower. Preservatives and colorants are not included in it. In addition, harvesting and processing take place within a short time of each other, which preserves the aromatic fraction in the tissue. The petals of the Rose Centifolia hold the long-lasting character of this organic distillate.
